No Excuse Absentee Voting Passes Senate

Richmond, VA- By an overwhelming vote of 31-9, Virginia's State Senate passed Senate Bill 111 expanding access to absentee voting for 45 days prior to any election for all registered Virginia voters, removing the need to list an excuse to vote early.
