Min. wage, prevailing wage, paid family & medical leave, oh my!

In Labor and Commerce subcommittee #1, legislation to raise the minimum wage, provide paid family and medical leave, establish a prevailing wage, combat wage fraud and several other pro-worker bills passed and advanced to full committee or appropriations. House Bill 123- Private Right of Action House Bill 395- Raise the Minimum Wage House Bill 438- Workers Compensation Presumption; PTSD House Bill 825- Paid Family and Medical Leave House Bill 1203- Prevailing Wage And then in General Laws committee, House Bill 358 advanced which is legislation that removes the 2012 ban on project labor agreements on public projects, pushed by former Congresswoman and then-House of Delegate Barbara Comstock.
