This week things were picking up and labor saw some HUGE wins that set us on the path to maintaining the progress made in the past two General assembly sessions. We defeated lots of bad bills meant to set us back and forged ahead on some great legislation that would give thousands of working families across the Commonwealth new and much needed and deserved worker protections. Also, HB 1220 (Repeal of Right to Work) was on the House Rules docket Thursday afternoon but was not heard- we are unsure why that is.
